Our Story

Chef owned for over 50 years, disabled vet owned. I am a Vietnam War Veteran and have been a chef for 18 years. I purchased this new food trailer to give myself something to do in my spare time.

With decades of culinary expertise and a passion for authentic BBQ, we bring you flavors that tell a story of dedication, service, and love for great food.

Do you offer vegetarian options?
While we specialize in BBQ meats, we do offer delicious sides like mac and cheese, baked beans (made with meat), coleslaw, and other options. Please call ahead to discuss vegetarian alternatives.
